The“Austrian Development Agency” ADA supported SEED Program is implemented inthree countries – Kosovo, Albania and Serbia and it aims to improve youth andwomen’s access to labour market, as well as to contribute to gender equality bysupporting positive socio-economic developments. The three-year program inKosovo is implemented by the “Syri i Vizionit” Organization and Volkshilfe Solidarität. Itfocuses on development of cooperation between the secondary vocational schoolsin Pejë, Gjakovë and Prizren - hosting and tourism course, with the activebusinesses in these municipalities.

 

This call is launched by the “SEED Kosovo - Support of Educational andEmployment Development in Kosovo”. The aim ofthe call is to improve the education quality in terms of its businessorientation and/or decrease the obstacles for women careers in the sector oftourism. .

 

The SEED Kosovo project started inJanuary 2014 and it includes a wide scope of activities to be implementedduring a three-year period.

  

The present call contains threelots. Proposals under this call may be submitted in the following three areas:

 

Lot 1: Improvement of educationquality within existing curricula

 

Lot 2: Revision of curricula forexisting profiles or elaboration of new curricula for additional profiles

 

Lot 3: Overcome the gender barriersin the hotel and tourism industry

 

Applicantsmay submit more than one application per lot. The applicant may not be awardedmore than 1 grant per lot under this Call for Proposals.

 

The overall indicativeamount made available under this call for proposals is EUR 78,000.00.

Any grantrequested under this call for proposals must fall between the following[minimum and] maximum amounts:

 

·        minimum amount: EUR 2,000.00

·        maximum amount: EUR 10,000.00
